Key Responsibilities: After-Sales Management:

- Coordinate with developers, clients, and internal teams to resolve post-sales

Billing and Documentation:

1. Ensure accurate and timely generation of invoices and billing statements.
2. Maintain detailed records of transactions, payments, and client interactions.

4. Verify payment receipts and reconcile them with the accounts department.

MIS Reporting:

1. Develop and maintain MIS dashboards to track sales, billing, and client

engagement metrics.
1. Prepare regular reports on after-sales activities, billing accuracy, and client
