Job Summary

Lab of Future is looking for a passionate and technically skilled Aerospace Trainer with hands-on experience in STEM education, RC planes, drones, robotics, and UAV technology. The candidate will be responsible for conducting practical training sessions, designing engaging learning activities, and guiding students through aerospace and robotics projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct STEM training sessions covering aerospace, aerodynamics, robotics, electronics, and basic engineering concepts.
- Train students in the design, assembly, testing, and operation of RC planes and model aircraft.
- Demonstrate drone technology, UAV systems, flight controls, and basic drone programming.
- Guide students in building and programming robotics projects using sensors, motors, microcontrollers, and other electronic components.
- Conduct hands-on workshops, experiments, and project-based learning activities.
- Explain fundamental concepts of flight mechanics, propulsion, lift, drag, stability, and control systems.
- Assist students in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and programming issues in their projects.
- Develop training materials, lesson plans, demonstrations, and practical assessments.
- Ensure the protected handling, maintenance, and storage of drones, RC aircraft, robotics kits, and workshop equipment.
- Monitor student progress and encourage innovation, teamwork, and problem-solving.




- Support STEM exhibitions, competitions, demonstrations, and aerospace-related events.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Aerospace Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Robotics, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with STEM education, RC planes, drones, UAVs, and robotics.
- Knowledge of drone components, flight controllers, motors, ESCs, batteries, and radio-control systems.
- Basic understanding of aerodynamics, flight principles, electronics, and mechanical systems.
- Familiarity with robotics platforms, sensors, microcontrollers, and basic programming.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to students.
- Practical problem-solving skills and a passion for teaching and mentoring.
- Ability to conduct engaging, activity-based training sessions for students.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working as a STEM Trainer, Robotics Trainer, Aerospace Instructor, Drone Trainer, or RC Aircraft Instructor.
- Experience with drone assembly, calibration, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, block-based programming, or similar educational platforms.
- Experience conducting school workshops, STEM labs, or educational technology programs.
- Knowledge of UAV safety procedures and applicable drone operating requirements.
