We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Counsellor who can guide prospective students about our beauty and wellness courses, convert leads into admissions, and achieve enrolment targets.

Key Responsibilities :

- Connect with prospective students and explain available courses, fees, and career opportunities.

- Counsel students and parents understand their interests and recommend suitable courses.

- Convert inquiries and leads into admissions through effective follow-ups.

- Achieve monthly sales and admission targets.

- Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and follow-ups with prospective students.

- Maintain student inquiry records and regularly update lead status.

- Build positive relationships with students and provide support throughout the admission process.





Requirements :

- Valuable communication and convincing skills.

- Interested in sales, counselling, and student admissions.

- Ability to achieve targets and convert leads into admissions.

- Basic computer knowledge and record-keeping skills.

- Prior experience in sales, counselling, tele calling, or admissions will be an advantage.

- Candidates from any industry can apply; beauty industry experience is not mandatory.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
