Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented B. Com/M. Com fresher to join our Finance & Accounts team. The candidate will assist in day-to-day accounting tasks, including GST filings, payment processing, bank reconciliations, and supporting audits. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in core accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and file monthly GSTR-1 returns in a timely manner.
- Process vendor payments accurately, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
- Support payroll processing activities and maintain payroll records.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in preparing cash forecasts .
- Assist during internal and external audits by providing required documentation and clarifications.
- Maintain petty cash and bank entries in the accounting system.




- Coordinate and obtain balance confirmations from vendors and customers.
- Perform weekly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Track and monitor insurance policies for renewals, claims, and compliance.
- Review and reconcile Vendor and Customer General Ledger (GL) accounts on a regular basis.

Skills & Competencies:

- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and GST compliance.
- Good understanding of Tally systems (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Robust attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Eligibility:

- Bachelor s Degree in Commerce (B. Com)/Master of Commerce (M. Com)
- Internship or practical training in accounting (if any) will be an added advantage.
