Duties and Responsibilities

- Ensure periodic Cash Flow reporting, MIS, P&L; preparation, and audit coordination.

- Coordinate with banks for fund-raising activities and support financial planning in alignment with organizational needs.

- Manage debtor and creditor relationships to optimize working capital.

- Ensure timely filing of all statutory returns and compliance with GST, Income Tax, and MSME regulations.

- Handle assessments and appeals, and lead process mapping and documentation for MSMErelated matters.

- Lead project costing activities in coordination with project heads and ensure strict budgetary controls.

- Design and implement internal financial controls to minimize risks and enhance financial accuracy.





- Monitor and manage revenue and cash flow to maintain organizational financial stability.

- Oversee the formulation and management of budgets, aligning them with strategic business goals.

Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant (CA)/Inter CA/CMA with 10+ years of experience in mid-sized corporate environments, preferably infrastructure or engineering.

OR

- MBA Finance with 10 to 15 years of progressive experience in financial leadership roles.

Minimum Requirements

- Solid knowledge of Accounting Standards, Direct and Indirect Tax Laws, and statutory compliance requirements.

- Proficient in accounting software, ERP systems, and advanced MS Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint).

- Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to prepare and present reports to senior leadership.

- Collaborative mindset with proven ability to work as a team player across functions and levels.
