Title: Accounts Receivable (AR) Analyst

Location: Perungudi, Chennai (600096)

Shift Timings: US Shift (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM) Indian Standard Time

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable activities, including billing, collections, cash applications, and reconciliations.
- Process high volumes of financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Perform cash application activities, including payment posting, allocation, and resolving unapplied cash.
- Handle customer invoicing, payment follow-ups, and outstanding balance collections.
- Perform daily and monthly account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate AR records and prepare reports using Advanced Excel.
- Identify and resolve billing discrepancies, payment issues, and reconciliation variances.




- Ensure timely processing of transactions while meeting established SLAs and accuracy standards.

Must-Have Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) operations .
- Proven expertise in Billing, Collections, Cash Applications, and Reconciliations .
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and data reconciliation .
- Experience working in a high-volume, highly transactional environment .
- Strong understanding of payment processing, invoice management, and account reconciliation.
- Ability to manage large transaction volumes with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
