Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage accounts receivable processes, including AR billing, cash applications, and reconciliations.

- Analyze and resolve discrepancies in customer statements to ensure accurate financial records.

- Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed.

- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries from customers.

Job Requirements :

- 4-9 years of experience in accounts receivable or related field.

- Robust knowledge of O2C billing, AR billing, cash applications, and reconciliation principles.
