Role Description The Accounts Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India.

The Accounts

Manager will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including managing ledgers, reviewing financial statements, and ensuring accurate recording of transactions. This role will coordinate audits, support compliance activities, and liaise with clients and internal teams to address financial queries and provide timely reports.

Manager will monitor accounts payable and receivable, support budgeting and forecasting, and help improve internal financial processes and controls. The position also involves collaborating with senior leadership to support decision-making through financial analysis and insights.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and ledger management.
- Experience in audit coordination, assurance services, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Ability to manage accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring.
- Skills in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support business decisions.
- Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and client-handling skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional qualifications such as CA or CMA are preferred.
- Prior experience in banking, NBFC, FMCG, or professional services environments will be an added benefit.
