SVL Studio Private Limited is a Mumbai-based luxury hand embroidery and garment export atelier, shipping to fashion houses across Europe, the USA, and the Middle East. We are growing our finance team and are looking for an Accounts Executive to run the daily accounting work, with guidance from our senior Accountant and Chartered Accountant.

What you'll do

- Enter daily vouchers in Tally Prime and keep ledgers clean and up to date
- Verify vendor bills against POs and challans, and prepare weekly payment runs for vendors, artisans.
- Maintain petty cash and process staff expense claims
- Prepare first-pass bank reconciliations and vendor statement reconciliations
- Track receivables, follow up on outstanding invoices, and log foreign remittances against export invoices
- Match GSTR-2B with the purchase register, prepare e-way bills, and prepare TDS workings for review (filing is done by the senior Accountant/CA)
- Reconcile material received and issued (fabric, threads, beads, trims) with the Merchandising team
- Prepare payroll inputs and weekly cash and payables summaries in Excel
- Organise export documents by shipment and support the statutory audit

What we're looking for




- B.Com graduate (any specialisation)
- 0-2 years in accounts; strong freshers with good Tally skills are welcome
- Working knowledge of Tally Prime (mandatory)
- Excel: VLOOKUP, pivot tables, filters
- Basic understanding of GST and TDS
- Accurate, punctual, and someone who closes every entry
- Pursuing CA Inter/CMA/ACCA is a plus. Export accounting exposure is a plus; we will train.

Pay: ₹20,000 - ₹35,000 per month based on experience and skills. EPF, ESIC where applicable, and paid leave applicable . Annual performance-linked review. Transparent growth path to Accountant. Work mode: On-site at our Tardeo office, Monday to Saturday.
