RenovaTerra Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting and finance activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining books of accounts, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and monitoring cash inflow and outflow.

Candidates with experience in the EPC, Engineering, Construction, Infrastructure, Electrical,

Railway, or similar industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and accounting records.
- Perform regular accounting entries, ledger posting, and reconciliation.
- Handle GST-related activities, including GST calculation, reconciliation, and return filing.
- Manage TDS calculation, deduction, reconciliation, and return filing.
- Handle Income Tax return filing and related documentation.
- Prepare and maintain Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Statements, and other financial reports.
- Maintain records of cash inflow and cash outflow.
- Monitor and record project-related expenses and payments.
- Perform bank reconciliation and account reconciliation.
- Maintain proper documentation of invoices, bills, vouchers, expenses, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, clients, and external consultants/auditors as required.
- Ensure timely compliance with applicable accounting and statutory requirements.
- Support management with financial data, reports,



and accounting information whenever required.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial and company records.

Required Qualification

- B. Com / MBA (Finance/Accounts) or equivalent qualification.
- Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime is mandatory.
- Valuable proficiency in MS Excel.
- Practical knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory return filing.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.

Preferred Experience

- 2–7 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Candidates from EPC, Engineering, Construction, Infrastructure, Electrical, Railway,

Manufacturing, or similar industries will be preferred.

- Candidates should have hands-on experience in managing accounts independently.
