Greetings from Sudarrshan Tech Services (STS)!We are conducting a Walk-In Interview for the position of Accounts Executive and are looking for motivated professionals with relevant experience in accounting and daily financial operations.

Walk-In Interview Details:

- Time: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Venue: Sudarrshan Tech Services (STS)
- Experience: 1–3 Years
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions, ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and financial records.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoices, vendor payments, and collections.
- Support GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and financial audits.
- Process foreign exchange (Forex) payments, including direct and advance payments.
- Coordinate import/export shipments, customs clearance, and shipping documentation.
- Calculate customs duties and taxes, and coordinate with customs brokers,



freight forwarders, and banks.
- Review import/export documents and coordinate the submission of Bill of Entry documents to banks.

Required Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of Zoho Books, ERPNext, or similar accounting software.
- Valuable understanding of Indian taxation, including GST and TDS.
- Knowledge of customs clearance, import/export documentation, customs duties, and Forex payments.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and coordination skills.
