WE’RE HIRING | Accounts & Finance Associate at AMINU

Are you someone who knows their numbers, understands the business behind them, and can take ownership of Accounts operations? We’re looking for an experienced accounting qualified to join our team!

Location: Kandivali West, Mumbai (Work from Office)

Experience: 2+ years

Working Hours: 10 AM – 7 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Compensation: Based on experience and skill set

What you'll own

- Accounting & Finance: Day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, AP/AR, bank reconciliation and account finalization.
- GST & TDS: GST return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9), TDS calculations, payments and compliance.
- Financial Reporting: MIS reports, budgets, trial balances and financial summaries.
- Billing & Retail Operations: Invoicing, POs/PIs, e-invoicing, POS transactions and retail billing.
- Inventory & Cash Management: Inventory accounting, stock movement tracking and petty cash management.
- Audit & Compliance: Maintaining accurate records, supporting audits and resolving financial discrepancies.

What makes you a great fit?




- 2+ years of hands-on accounting experience.
- Strong practical knowledge of GST, TDS and accounting fundamentals.
- Experience with Tally ERP, Zoho Books or QuickBooks.
- Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and advanced formulas.
- Familiarity with inventory accounting, retail billing and financial reporting.
- Experience in FMCG, D2C, retail or a fast-paced startup is a plus.
- Someone who takes ownership, works independently and pays attention to the details.
