Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts & Operations Executive to manage daily accounting activities, financial records, billing, payment tracking, and operational coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting records, vouchers, and financial transactions.
- Prepare invoices, bills, and payment receipts.
- Track payments, outstanding dues, and vendor transactions.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain financial records.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory documentation.
- Maintain expense records and support payroll-related documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients,



and internal teams for payments and operational activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Ensure proper documentation and accuracy of financial data.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- 1–2 years of experience in accounts and operations.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles, GST, and TDS.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally.
- Strong numerical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
