Zayka POS is looking for a Technical Accounting Support Intern who can help restaurants/businesses get started smoothly with our POS software and assist clients with day-to-day technical queries.

What You'll Do

- Set up digital menus, categories & items for restaurant clients
- Configure and assist with thermal printer setup via AnyDesk
- Help clients with basic POS/software configuration
- Handle client queries through WhatsApp & calls
- Troubleshoot basic software, printer & connectivity issues
- Maintain client onboarding and support status sheets
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth client onboarding

What We're Looking For
- Basic knowledge of computers and software troubleshooting
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets/Excel & AnyDesk




- Good communication skills in Hindi & English
- Patient and polite while dealing with clients
- Quick learner with a problem-solving attitude
- Freshers are welcome
