About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Analyst with strong SAP expertise to join our Finance Operations team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in invoice processing, month-end reporting, and end-to-end Accounts Payable operations within a quick-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Process and validate a high volume of supplier invoices accurately and within defined timelines.
- Perform invoice matching, exception handling, and vendor query resolution.
- Execute payment processing activities and ensure compliance with AP controls and policies.
- Support month-end closing activities, including accruals, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Prepare and analyze month-end reports and AP metrics.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve discrepancies.




- Ensure adherence to SLAs and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in SAP.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- 3-6 years of experience in the Accounts Payable domain.
- Hands-on experience with SAP (mandatory).
- Experience in month-end reporting and closing activities.
- Strong experience in processing large volumes of invoices.
- Good understanding of AP workflows, invoice validation, and payment processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in the Night Shift.
