Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Executive to manage daily accounting operations, bookkeeping, billing, invoicing, and financial records. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and accounts payable and receivable.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting records, books of accounts, and ledgers.
- Manage GST and TDS-related documentation and compliance.
- Prepare invoices, bills, vouchers, and other financial documents.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare financial reports and assist with financial documentation.
- Manage billing and invoicing processes efficiently.




- Ensure accuracy of accounting entries and maintain proper financial records.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping.
- Understanding of GST and TDS.
- Experience in billing, invoicing, and voucher preparation.
- Knowledge of bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance.
- Familiarity with accounts payable and receivable.
- Valuable attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

Eligibility Criteria

- B.Com or M.Com qualification.
- 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Candidates must be comfortable working from the office in Indore.
