Role Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive to manage accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, compliance activities, and vendor/payment processes within the organization.The Accountant role at Fitspire – Health | Wellness is a full-time, on-site position based in Connaught Place. The person in this role will manage day-to-day accounting activities, including recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.





Responsibilities include handling accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, monitoring cash flow, and supporting budgeting and expense tracking.

Qualifications

- Handle vendor payments, invoicing, reconciliations, and expense tracking
- Monitor daily accounting entries, bank reconciliations, and ledger management
- Prepare MIS reports, financial summaries, and operational accounting reports
- Coordinate GST data preparation, TDS deductions, compliance records, and audit support
- Manage petty cash, reimbursements, and employee/vendor settlement processes
- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of invoices, vouchers, and financial records
- Coordinate with internal teams for approvals, payment closures, and financial tracking
- Support monthly closing activities and maintain accounting accuracy
- Assist management with budgeting support, expense analysis, and financial coordination
- Ensure timely completion of accounting processes and compliance-related activities

Responsible for maintaining E-Commerce financial records and marketplace reconcilations.
