We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and experienced Accountant to join our Steel Doors and Windows Manufacturing Company.

The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining financial records, handling invoices and billing, preparing quotations, monitoring payments and outstanding balances, bank reconciliation, GST-related documentation, and assisting with financial reports.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounts and financial records.
- Handle sales and purchase entries, invoicing, and billing.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Monitor customer payments and supplier outstanding balances.
- Handle bank reconciliation and cash transactions.
- Assist with GST returns, tax documentation, and other statutory compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of expenses, purchases, and sales.




- Coordinate with management and other departments regarding financial matters.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
- Experience in accounting, preferably in manufacturing, trading, or a related industry.
- Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, GST, and accounting software.
- Positive communication, organizational, and numerical skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy and confidentiality.
