Job Title: Accountant – Tour & Travels

Location: Raipur

Industry: Tour & Travel

Experience: Minimum 3 – 5 years (Tour & Travel industry preferred)

Job Responsibilities:

 Maintain day-to-day accounting records for tour & travel operations

 Handle GST ,TDS compliance – returns, reconciliations, and filings

 Manage bank reconciliations, cash flow, and payment tracking

 Maintain general ledger, accounts payable & receivable

 Prepare invoices, receipts, vouchers, and expense statements

 Handle vendor payments (hotels, airlines, transporters, agents)

 Monitor client payments, credit control, and outstanding follow-ups

 Prepare monthly and annual financial statements & reports

 Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and banks

 Ensure compliance with statutory and company accounting policies

Required Skills & Knowledge :

 Strong working knowledge of Tally (Prime/ERP)





 In-depth understanding of GST rules applicable to tour & travel

 Proficiency in MS Excel ,Word, Google sheet

 Positive knowledge of income & expense allocation for travel packages  Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

 Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Eligibility

 Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance

 Experience in tour & travel company is mandatory or highly preferred

Preferred

 Experience handling multi-location bookings & vendor accounts

 Familiarity with tour costing and package profitability analysis

Salary:- 20- 25k

Working days: 6 Days

Working Time: 10:30-7:30

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
