- Accounts Ghaziabad / Noida Full-Time 2–5 Years Qualification About the Role B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter preferred We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, taxation, compliance, financial reporting, vendor management, banking, and audit-related activities.
- Accounting &
- Bookkeeping • Record daily purchases, sales, payments, and receipts.
- Maintain ledgers, journals, and account reconciliations.
- Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
- Maintain asset register and depreciation schedules.
- Compliance &
- Taxation • Prepare and file GST returns including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
- Calculate and deduct TDS as applicable.
- Manage TDS returns and Form 16/16A.
- Assist in income tax assessments, audits, and statutory filings.
- Maintain compliance related to PF/ESI and applicable statutory requirements. 3.

Financial

Reporting • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports.

- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
- Vendor &
- Invoice Management • Verify vendor invoices and supporting documents.




- Process payments after approvals and compliance checks.
- Coordinate with vendors for reconciliation and dispute resolution.
- Banking &
- Treasury • Prepare and maintain Bank Reconciliation Statements.
- Handle online banking transactions.
- Manage LC/BG activities, if applicable.
- Maintain petty cash and expense records. 6.

Audit

Support • Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors.

- Maintain proper financial documentation and records.
- Provide required information and supporting documents during audits.

Required Skills • Solid knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.

- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, PF/ESI, and basic Company Act compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime / Zoho Books / QuickBooks / SAP.
- Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and MIS reporting.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
