- Job DescriptionWe are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage our day-to-day accounting and inventory operations. Key Responsibilities:Maintain complete accounts in Tally ERP/Tally Prime .

Manage

Sales, Purchase, and Invoicing activities. Record and monitor stock inward and outward entries . Maintain inventory records and reconcile stock regularly. Prepare and maintain GST records , returns, and related documentation.

Handle PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance data. Manage accounts payable and receivable. Perform bank reconciliation and ledger verification. Maintain proper financial records and documentation. Prepare MIS reports and support management with financial data.

Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and customers regarding accounting matters.

Required

Skills:Robust knowledge of Tally Prime/Tally ERP . Good understanding of GST, PF, ESI, and basic taxation . Knowledge of inventory and stock management. Proficiency in MS Excel . Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy.
