Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and support the organisation's financial operations. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, financial documentation, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting records and ensure accurate financial entries.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, including tracking payments and outstanding dues.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, bills, receipts, and other financial documents.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash and bank records.
- Monitor expenses and maintain proper supporting documentation.
- Assist in monthly financial reporting and account reconciliation.
- Coordinate with internal departments and branches regarding payments, bills, and financial records.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related activities.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and ensure proper filing of financial documents.
- Support internal and external audits and provide the required financial information.




- Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation.
- Working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Valuable numerical, analytical, and organisational skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
