Job highlights

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance with 3-5 years experience and proficiency in ERP systems
- Prepare financial statements, reconcile bank statements and ledgers, post journal entries, maintain fixed assets, handle compliance reporting, and coordinate vendor billing and client collections

Requirements Hands-on experience with auditing, journal entry, sales cycle and goal-setting.

Exposure to accounting processes, client servicing, etc.

Assist with the preparation of financial statements

Analyse and reconcile bank statements and general ledgers

Post journal entries for accrued expenses and revenue

Maintain and record fixed assets

Prepare and file local compliance reporting as necessary

Accurately perform daily reconciliations of cash,



check and credit card transactions, and tally and file invoices.

Act as a liaison for vendors to reconcile any billing discrepancies

Follow up on payments and coordinate with clients for timely collections without delays.

Qualifications and skills

Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance

3 to 5 years related experience preferred

Hands-on experience working with general ledgers

Robust written and verbal communication skills

Excellent problem-solving skills

Proficient with ERP systems, including Microsoft Office

Able to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
