Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end accounting and finance operations.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and statutory compliance.
- Manage ledgers, bank reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
- Prepare financial reports and manage tax returns.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and cash flow.
- Coordinate with CAs, auditors, banks, and government authorities.
- Lead the Accounts team and ensure accurate financial reporting.
