Job Summary

Laundry Time Corporation is looking for a motivated, professional, and customer-focused Account Manager to manage client relationships, oversee account activities, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, organizational, and relationship-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Handle client inquiries, concerns, and service-related requests professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
- Monitor client accounts, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports as required.
- Conduct regular client follow-ups to improve customer retention and satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to develop existing accounts and generate new business.
- Ensure timely resolution of client issues and maintain qualified communication.
- Support the company’s business growth by delivering excellent client service.

Required Qualifications & Skills




- Graduate in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong client relationship management and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, email, and basic computer applications.
- Good problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Prior experience in account management, sales, or customer relationship management will be an advantage.

Compensation & Working Hours
- Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000, based on experience and skills.
- Office Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
- Work Environment: Professional and customer-oriented.
