Position: Accounts Manager/ Accountant / Accounts Executive Export & E-commerce

We are looking for an experienced Accountant / Accounts Executive with hands-on exposure to e-commerce accounting, export transactions, foreign currency receipts/payments and logistics documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle EDPMS activities and coordinate with banks for export bill tracking, realisation, and closure.
- Prepare and maintain Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and resolve discrepancies.
- Handle DGFT-related activities, export documentation, and applicable export incentive procedures.
- Manage export bill filing and maintain shipping bills, export invoices, and other related documents.
- Coordinate with banks for foreign inward remittances and outstanding export payment follow-ups.
- Handle GST reconciliation and ITC reversal/adjustments related to export transactions, wherever applicable.
- Reconcile export invoices with GST returns, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
- Manage e-commerce sales reconciliation, payment gateway settlements, marketplace deductions, returns, and refunds.
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries, ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.




- Coordinate with banks, auditors, tax consultants, logistics teams, and other departments for accounting and compliance matters.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and support month-end closing activities.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with applicable accounting, GST, and export regulations.

Preferred Candidate: Candidates with 5-15 years of relevant experience in e-commerce exports / international sales / export accounting / logistics accounting will be preferred.
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
- 5-15 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Prior experience in E-commerce and Export Accounting is preferred.
- Candidates must have practical working experience in the above-mentioned skills.
- Robust reconciliation, documentation, and coordination skills.
