: Accounts Executive

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Monday to Saturday)

Reporting To: Head – Accounts

About the Company

Onestop Brands Pvt. Ltd. is a Leading retail company specializing in home and kitchenware products. We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting activities and support the smooth functioning of our accounts department.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle daily accounting entries, including sales, purchases, expenses, and journal entries.

· Maintain ledgers, invoices, vouchers, and financial records.

· Assist with GST and TDS calculations, documentation, and return preparation.

· Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.

· Verify vendor bills and assist with payment processing.

· Maintain records of outstanding payments and receipts.

· Prepare basic MIS reports and assist with monthly closing activities.





· Coordinate with internal teams to resolve accounting discrepancies.

· Support internal and statutory audits.

Skills & Requirements

· Positive knowledge of accounting principles and daily accounting operations.

· Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and reconciliations.

· Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.

· ERP experience is preferred

· Good attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.

Educational Qualification

B.Com / M.Com in Accounting or Finance.

Experience

Relevant accounting experience, preferably in the retail industry. Knowledge of inventory accounting and multi-store accounting will be an added advantage.
