– Accounts Executive

Role Overview

Venttup is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, bookkeeping, and financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities





- Maintain daily accounting entries and bookkeeping using Tally and Zoho Books.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and vendor/customer reconciliations.
- Handle purchase and sales invoices, payment tracking, and expense records.
- Assist with bank reconciliations, GST documentation, and other statutory compliance.
- Maintain accurate financial records and support monthly closing activities.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams for payment follow-ups.
- Assist in preparing basic financial reports and supporting documents for audits.

Requirements

- B.Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting/Finance.
- 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Working knowledge of Tally, Zoho Books, Excel, and GST basics.
- Good attention to detail, organisational skills, and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounting tasks.
