We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager with robust practical knowledge of accounting, taxation, GST compliance, and manufacturing accounting. The candidate must have complete working knowledge of GST returns filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C), GST-TDS, TDS calculations and returns filing, income tax compliance, GST reconciliation (GSTR-2B vs purchase register), e-invoicing, e-way bills, and statutory compliance. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate books of accounts, ensuring timely filing of returns, managing tax reconciliations, and coordinating with Chartered Accountants, auditors, banks, and tax authorities.

The candidate will independently manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), vendor and customer ledgers, bank transactions, bank reconciliation (BRS), payment planning, outstanding follow-ups, cash flow, fund flow, and working capital management. A key responsibility will be managing stock and inventory accounting in a manufacturing environment, including raw material, copper scrap, work-in-progress (WIP), finished goods, copper ingots/anodes, stock transfers, material inward and outward entries, purchase and sales reconciliation, stock valuation, consumption and production reconciliation, physical stock verification,



inventory ageing, and stock variance analysis. The candidate must ensure proper reconciliation between physical stock, factory records, purchase/sales registers, and accounting software, along with accurate calculation and reporting of manufacturing costs and inventory values.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Tally Prime, advanced MS Excel, manufacturing and inventory accounting, Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, trial balance, financial statements, MIS reports, cost analysis, year-end closing, and statutory/tax audits. The role also includes handling domestic and foreign currency transactions, forex accounting, import/export documentation and accounting, foreign remittances, bank charges, and Letter of Credit (LC)-related entries. Candidates with experience in manufacturing, metal recycling, copper, or other metal industries will be preferred.

The candidate must possess strong analytical skills, accuracy, ownership, and the ability to independently manage the complete accounts, taxation, inventory, and financial reporting function while establishing effective internal controls and ensuring timely, accurate reporting to management.
