We are looking for a qualified, detail-oriented, and experienced Accounts Executive to join our team in Andheri East, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting, Tally Prime, GST, TDS, bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and statutory compliance.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with experienced Chartered Accountants and gain practical exposure to multiple client accounts, taxation, auditing, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities using Tally Prime / Tally ERP.
- Record and maintain sales, purchase, receipt, payment, and journal entries.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and regular ledger scrutiny.
- Prepare and file GST returns, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
- Prepare TDS workings, challans, payments, and returns.
- Prepare and manage E-Way Bills and E-Invoices.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, sales, expenses, and other financial transactions.
- Assist in year-end account finalization.
- Support internal, statutory, and tax audits.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial statements.
- Coordinate with clients regarding accounting, GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Ensure timely completion of all assigned accounting and compliance activities.

Candidate Profile
- B.Com / M.Com from a recognized institution.




- Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong practical knowledge of Tally Prime, GST, and TDS.
- CA Inter / CMA Inter candidates will be preferred.
- Articleship experience will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliances.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Immediate joiners or candidates serving a short notice period are preferred.
