Role Description The Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based at Riti Eye Care Hospital in Prayagraj. This position is responsible for managing patient billing and accounts, maintaining accurate financial records, and coordinating with the front desk and clinical teams to ensure seamless revenue cycle operations. Day-to-day tasks include preparing invoices, tracking payments, resolving account discrepancies, and responding to patient and partner queries related to billing and services.

The Account

Executive will also support reporting on financial performance, assist in implementing process improvements,



and uphold hospital policies and regulatory requirements in all account management activities.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in account management, billing, and basic bookkeeping, with the ability to maintain accurate financial records.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and hospital management or billing software, and comfort working with numeric data.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, clinical staff, and external partners in a professional manner.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced hospital environment.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to resolving account and payment issues.
- Integrity and confidentiality in handling financial and patient information, aligned with hospital policies.
- Previous experience in healthcare, hospital administration, or finance is preferred but not mandatory.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in commerce, business administration, finance, or a related field is an advantage.
