Role & Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.

- Handle sales and purchase entries, billing, invoicing, receipts, and payment vouchers.

- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and vendor payments.

- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.

- Maintain expense records, petty cash, and outstanding payment details.

- Assist in GST returns, TDS calculations, and statutory compliance.

- Prepare monthly financial reports and support account finalization.

- Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.

- Follow up with clients for outstanding payments and coordinate with vendors.

- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting tasks.

- Use Tally Prime and MS Excel for accounting and reporting.

- Coordinate with management and auditors whenever required.





Preferred Candidate Profile

- B.Com, M.Com, or an equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.

- 13 years of relevant accounting experience.

- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime.

- Positive knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and basic taxation.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

- Understanding of accounting principles, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.

- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Honest, organized, responsible, and willing to learn.

- Candidates who can join at the earliest will be preferred.
