About the Company

Helicon Trading House specialises in importing and distributing premium glassware and tableware to leading beverage brands and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage journal entries, purchase bills, sales invoices, and bookkeeping.
- Handle banking, bank reconciliations, vendor payments, and customer collections.
- Prepare cash flow reports, financial MIS, and outstanding statements.
- Manage GST and TDS entries, reconciliations, and compliance.
- Assist in account finalisation, audits, and coordination with the external accounting firm.
- Maintain import accounts, including customs duties, freight, and foreign currency transactions.





Requirements

- B.Com graduate or equivalent qualification.
- Working knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS, and banking.
- Proficiency in TallyPrime and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of MIS, cash flow, and working capital management preferred.
- Familiarity with Zoho Books, Busy, SAP, or similar software is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
