The Assistant Manager Accounts & Finance will be responsible for managing the end-to-end accounting functions including accounts receivable, reconciliation, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The role demands sound knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, and cost management practices relevant to infrastructure projects. The incumbent will support project costing, vendor coordination, audit preparation, and ensure timely filing of statutory returns in compliance with regulatory norms.

Coordination with banks and internal stakeholders will be essential to support the financial health and operations of the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage Accounts Receivable and ensure timely collections and reconciliation.

- Prepare and deliver MIS reports, P&L; statements, and support internal/external audits.





- Handle debtor and creditor management, including timely settlements and reconciliations.

- Responsible for accurate GST and TDS calculations and ensuring timely statutory filings.

- Assist in project costing, working in close coordination with project heads.

- Coordinate with vendors.

- Maintain strong bank coordination for transaction management, statements, and related documentation.

- Timely filing of all Statutory returns/compliances as per requirement.

Qualifications

- MBA (Finance) or M.Com

- Inter CA or candidates pursuing CA will be preferred.

Minimum Requirements

- 7 to 12 years of diversified experience in accounting & finance within the infrastructure or large-scale construction industry.

- Solid hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Reconciliation.

- Proficient in Tally and other accounting software.

- In-depth knowledge of statutory requirements GST, TDS, and return filings.

- Sound understanding of cost management principles.

- Prior experience in infrastructure or construction sector is highly preferred
