The Opportunity

We invite experienced academic leaders, placement professionals and education consultants to collaborate with BlackBucks as Academic & Institutional Advisors.

This opportunity is designed for professionals who wish to leverage their institutional experience, professional relationships and understanding of higher education to expand access to employability initiatives across colleges and universities.

Advisors will help facilitate institutional collaborations, introduce relevant programmes to college leadership and support the organisation of career-readiness initiatives for students.

The engagement offers an opportunity to continue contributing to higher education and student career development through a adaptable, collaborative model.

Key Areas of Contribution

1. Institutional Relationships & Partnerships

- Facilitate introductions to Principals, Directors, Deans, TPOs, Placement Heads and college management.
- Identify colleges and universities suited to BlackBucks' employability initiatives.
- Facilitate institutional discussions and support the progression of interested institutions towards programme confirmation.
- Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with colleges and universities.

1. Career Readiness & Student Employability

- Facilitate the organisation of Career Readiness and employability sessions at educational institutions.
- Help colleges identify relevant opportunities for internships, placement preparation, hackathons and industry-oriented learning.




- Support coordination with institutional representatives to enable student participation.
- Share insights on student development, placement readiness and institutional requirements.

1. Institutional Advisory & Strategic Guidance

- Provide insights into higher education priorities, placement challenges and institutional decision-making.
- Advise on approaches to strengthen college engagement and industry–academia collaboration.
- Identify opportunities to expand employability initiatives across institutional networks.
- Support the development of sustainable institutional partnerships.
