Role Description The Academic Manager – School Operations will oversee the academic implementation of Next Education solutions in partner schools in Ajmer, ensuring alignment with curriculum standards and institutional goals. This full-time, on-site role involves coordinating academic planning, monitoring classroom delivery quality, and supporting school leadership teams with data-driven insights on student performance and teaching effectiveness. The individual will collaborate with principals, teachers, and administrative staff to optimize timetables, assessment schedules,



and resource utilization, and will conduct training and workshops to build educator capacity.

The role includes regular review of academic processes, documentation of best practices, and proactive resolution of operational issues related to curriculum execution and technology-enabled learning.

The Academic

Manager will also report on key academic metrics and recommend continuous improvement initiatives to enhance learning outcomes and school efficiency.

Qualifications

- Educational Management and school operations skills to oversee academic processes and coordinate with school leadership.
- Curriculum Development and Education expertise to align teaching practices and assessments with K–12 standards and Next Education products.
- Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with principals, teachers, parents, and internal teams.
- Analytical Skills to interpret academic data, track performance indicators, and recommend evidence-based improvements.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field; formal teacher training or B.Ed. is highly beneficial.
- Experience in school academic administration, academic coordination, or educational consultancy, preferably in K–12 institutions.
- Ability to work on-site in Ajmer, manage multiple stakeholders, and handle time-sensitive academic and operational priorities.
- Familiarity with edtech platforms, student information systems, and technology-enabled teaching and assessment tools.
