What youll do:

- Engage with prospective students via calls, emails, and chats to counsel them on programs from IITs, IIMs, and other leading institutions.
- Understand students’ academic/professional backgrounds, aspirations, and challenges to provide tailored recommendations.
- Drive conversions by building trust, resolving queries, and handling objections effectively.




- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with campaigns.
- Consistently achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Maintain detailed lead interactions and reports in CRM systems.
- Stay updated on new programs, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2–4 years of proven experience in hardcore inside sales (EdTech experience preferred).
- Strong consultative selling and counselling skills with a customer-first approach.
- Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high lead volumes and drive closures independently.
- Result-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a quick-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software is an advantage.
