Academic Counsellor – French & German

Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month, depending on relevant experience, previous work background, and interview performance

Work Arrangement: Office-based with scheduled work-from-home hours

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Academic Counsellor to guide prospective students interested in French and German language courses. The candidate will handle student enquiries, explain course offerings, conduct regular follow-ups, and assist prospective students throughout the admission process.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming leads and enquiries about French and German language courses.
- Understand students' learning goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Explain course structure, duration, fees, and admission procedures accurately.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
- Convert prospective students into admissions through effective counselling.
- Maintain updated records of leads, follow-ups, and enrolments.
- Work towards assigned counselling and admission targets.




- Coordinate with the academic team to provide relevant course information.
- Ensure a professional and positive experience for prospective students.

Requirements
- Robust communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
- Confidence in counselling students and explaining course options.
- Energetic, organised, and target-oriented approach.
- Ability to handle enquiries and follow up consistently.
- Basic computer knowledge and record-management skills.
- Freshers may apply; relevant counselling, sales, or admission experience will be an advantage.

Working Hours
- 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM: Work from office.
- 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM: Work from home.
- One-hour lunch break.

Compensation

₹20,000–₹30,000 per month, depending on relevant experience, previous work background, and interview performance.
