- collating standardizing learning needs (behavioral / functional), validating them, proposing a training calendar and conducting the required training
- devising short-term interventions, focusing on particular communication areas and soft skills to end-to-end training programs
- ensuring the quality of the tutoring services provided.



Additional responsibilities include interviewing candidates for the department and fostering a healthy learning atmosphere
- delivering group CPD (Continuing Career development) training
