Role Description

- The Academic Coordinator (Grades 4 and 5) is a full-time, on-site position based in Kharadi, Pune, responsible for coordinating and strengthening academic delivery across the assigned grades.

- The role involves overseeing curriculum implementation, supporting teachers in lesson planning, and ensuring alignment with the school’s academic standards and learning objectives.

- The Academic Coordinator will collaborate with teachers to review assessment outcomes, monitor learner progress, identify learning gaps, and plan appropriate interventions to address diverse academic needs.

- Key responsibilities include conducting classroom observations, facilitating teacher collaboration, coordinating academic activities and enrichment programmes, and maintaining effective communication with parents and school leadership.

- The role also requires maintaining academic records, preparing reports, monitoring teaching effectiveness,



and contributing to the continuous improvement of curriculum delivery and instructional practices.

Qualifications

Educational Background: A relevant degree in Education or a related discipline, with experience in primary school teaching or academic coordination.

Curriculum Planning: Strong understanding of curriculum development, lesson planning, and alignment of learning outcomes with academic standards.

Academic Leadership: Ability to guide teachers, monitor instructional quality, and support effective implementation of teaching strategies.
