Description

Infrastructure Leadership & Strategy

- Own the overall Branch Operations function.
- Define and execute infrastructure operational strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Provide leadership across Windows, Linux, Hyper-V, Database, Backup, and Storage teams.
- Establish technology standards, governance frameworks, and operational best practices.
- Lead infrastructure transformation and modernization initiatives.
- Drive continuous service improvement and operational excellence.

Windows Infrastructure Services

Primary Technology Ownership

- Lead administration and support of enterprise Windows Server environments.
- Own lifecycle management for server infrastructure including build, deployment, patching, upgrades, and decommissioning.
- Manage:

o Active Directory o DNS o DHCP o Group Policy o File & Print Services o Certificate Services o Windows Clustering

- Define Windows infrastructure standards and governance controls.
- Ensure security hardening and vulnerability remediation compliance.
- Lead platform modernization initiatives.

Virtualization & Hyper-V Management

- Own enterprise Hyper-V infrastructure and clustering technologies.
- Manage virtualization architecture, capacity planning, and optimization.
- Ensure high availability and business continuity across virtualized environments.
- Lead Hyper-V upgrades, migrations, and lifecycle management activities.
- Monitor virtualization performance and infrastructure utilization.
- Support Azure Stack HCI and hybrid infrastructure models.

Linux Platform Services

- Own enterprise backup, archival, and recovery strategy.

- Manage backup retention and compliance requirements.
- Support audit and regulatory recovery requirements.

Storage Services Management

- Own storage strategy and operational governance.

- Collaborate with application and database teams on storage requirements.

Cloud & Hybrid Infrastructure Governance

- Oversee cloud-hosted infrastructure services and hybrid environments.
- Ensure integration between cloud and on-premises platforms.
- Support infrastructure scalability and future growth requirements.
- Drive infrastructure standardization across multiple hosting models.
- Enable cloud readiness for enterprise applications and services.

Security, Compliance & Risk Management

- Drive infrastructure security posture across all technology domains.
- Ensure compliance with corporate security standards.
- Lead vulnerability remediation and patch governance programs.
- Support security audits and risk assessments.
- Partner with security teams for incident response and compliance initiatives.
- Ensure operational controls meet regulatory and customer requirements.

Service Management & Governance

- Own Incident, Problem, Change, Capacity, and Availability Management processes.
- Lead Major Incident Management and service restoration activities.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reviews.
- Drive reduction of recurring incidents through proactive improvements.




- Maintain SLA and KPI adherence across all infrastructure services.
- Conduct executive service reviews and stakeholder governance meetings.

Automation & Innovation

- Drive automation-first operational practices.
- Sponsor development of automation solutions using:

o PowerShell o Ansible o Bash o Python o Infrastructure-as-Code tools

- Improve operational efficiency through orchestration and self-healing capabilities.
- Promote adoption of AI-driven operations and predictive monitoring.
- Lead continuous improvement and innovation programs.

People Leadership

- Lead a multi-disciplinary infrastructure operations team.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring.
- Drive workforce planning and succession management.
- Build high-performing teams focused on service excellence.
