- • Contribute to early team culture and help recruit and mentor future engineers.
- • Embrace the chaos of early-stage building — participate in fast-paced iterations, sprints, code reviews, and daily standups.
- Frontend: Expert in React.js, Redux / Context API, and creating responsive, intuitive UIs.
- • Backend: Deep experience in NodeJs or Python and Frappe Framework; ERPNext experience is a bonus.
- • DevOps: Familiarity with Jenkins, Docker, log monitoring (Datadog, ELK), and container-based workflows.
- • Testing: Strong believer in test-driven development with tools like Karate, JUnit, React Testing Library.
- Database: Solid hands-on with SQL (MariaDB, PostgreSQL preferred).
- • Cloud: Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS. GCP or Azure experience is also valued.
- • Agile + Startup-Ready: Agile background, product-first approach, and the ability to work independently with minimal structure.
