About Expert Listing

Expert Listing is a Nigerian proptech platform with a simple promise: "Find your preferred property in 3 clicks, not months." We're fixing the trust problem in Nigerian real estate. That means verified listings checked by physical inspection, exact map locations, flood-risk alerts, two years of price history, direct access to landlords and principal agents, and professional snagging inspections. We're live on web, iOS and Android, starting in Lagos and growing into Abuja, Ibadan, Port Harcourt and Kano.

The role

We're building a 3D real estate simulation game. Players will explore properties and neighbourhoods, make buying, renting and investment decisions, and learn how the market really works, all grounded in real Expert Listing data. We need a developer to take what we've started, make it better, and help ship it.

What you'll do

- Build and improve the 3D simulation: environments, property interiors and exteriors, and the core gameplay loop
- Turn real platform data (listings, prices, locations, flood zones) into in-game mechanics and scenarios
- Add features like virtual property walkthroughs, investment and rental-yield simulations, and neighbourhood exploration




- Optimise performance for mid-range Android devices and browsers, where most of our users are
- Work closely with the founder on game design, prioritisation and fast iteration
- Help connect the game with our existing web platform and mobile apps

What we're looking for

- Robust experience with a 3D engine or framework such as Unity (C#), Unreal, Three.js or Babylon.js
- A portfolio of shipped 3D games, simulations or interactive experiences
- Solid grasp of 3D optimisation for mobile and web (LODs, asset compression, draw calls)
- Experience working with APIs and live data
- Self-driven and comfortable taking ownership in an early-stage startup

Nice to have

- Experience with WebGL or WebGPU builds
- Background in architectural visualisation, simulation or tycoon/management games
- Interest in real estate, fintech or proptech
- Blender or other 3D modelling skills
