Rudra Entertainment is an events and exhibitions company specializing in exhibition stall design and fabrication, brand activations, corporate events, product launches, conferences and experiential marketing setups.

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled 3D Exhibition Stall Designer who can transform client briefs into innovative, visually appealing and practical designs.

Key Responsibilities

- Conceptualize and design creative 3D exhibition stalls, booths and display setups based on client briefs.
- Create high-quality 3D models, realistic renders, walkthroughs and design presentations.
- Develop exhibition stall layouts, elevations, working drawings and detailed design plans.
- Prepare designs that are visually appealing, structurally practical and within the client's budget.
- Work on multiple design projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Incorporate client feedback and execute design revisions efficiently.
- Coordinate with the business development, production and fabrication teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Understand materials, fabrication techniques, lighting, branding elements and space utilization.
- Develop creative concepts for brand activations, product displays and event setups when required.

Required Skills & Software
- 3ds Max: Strong command over 3D modelling and exhibition stall design.
- V-Ray / Corona Renderer: Ability to produce realistic, high-quality renders.
- AutoCAD: Proficiency in 2D layouts, elevations and technical drawings.
- Adobe Photoshop: For post-production, presentations and design detailing.
- Strong understanding of materials, textures,



lighting and fabrication feasibility.
- Good creative visualization, attention to detail and time-management skills.

Candidate Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in exhibition stall design, event design or commercial interior visualization preferred.
- A portfolio showcasing previous 3D exhibition stall designs is mandatory.
- Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into creative concepts.
- Practical understanding of how a design will be fabricated and executed on-site.
- Ability to work independently, manage revisions and deliver designs within deadlines.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
