This role is crucial for advancing our product offerings in solvent-free and solventless adhesive technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and formulate current adhesive products that meet customer specifications and industry standards.
Conduct experiments to test the performance and durability of adhesive formulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D;, production, and quality assurance to ensure product success from conception to market.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in adhesive technologies, particularly in the areas of thermoplastics and crosslinked polymers.




Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding adhesive applications and performance.
