Job Summary

We are looking for customer-focused and enthusiastic professionals to join our International Inbound Voice Process team. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to handle inbound customer calls professionally while providing effective solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from international customers and provide prompt, accurate, and skilled assistance.
Understand customer queries, identify their concerns, and provide appropriate resolutions.
Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Communicate clearly and confidently in English.





Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 6 Month of relevant customer support experience in an international voice process.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Positive listening, comprehension, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle customer queries confidently and professionally.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Comfortable working from the office at Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad.
Immediate joiners only.

Significant Information

Candidates must have relevant international voice customer support experience and excellent English communication skills. Candidates who can join immediately and are comfortable with rotational shifts will be preferred.
