We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Personal Assistant to the Managing Director (MD) to join our team in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive support to the MD, ensuring that all administrative tasks are handled efficiently and effectively. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the MD's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
Act as a liaison between the MD and other departments, clients, and stakeholders.
Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses.
Assist in project management and follow up on action items as needed.




Maintain an organized filing system and ensure that all records are up to date.
Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the MD in daily operations.

Required Skills:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Robust communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Solid attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
