We are seeking an experienced Outbound Sales Executive to join our agile team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in outbound sales, demonstrating the ability to effectively communicate with potential clients and drive sales growth. This role requires a proactive approach to reaching out to customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that align with our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and close sales.
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in our reporting system.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including Average Handling Time (AHT) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
Address absenteeism and ensure that sales targets are met consistently.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving sales performance and customer engagement.




Provide feedback on customer interactions to help improve product offerings and sales techniques.

Required Skills:
Proven experience in outbound sales or a similar role.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and generate reports.
Familiarity with metrics such as AHT and CSAT.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
