We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mortgage loans and loan against property (LAP) products, and will be responsible for guiding clients through the loan application process. This role is crucial in helping clients secure financing for their property needs while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Assess clients' financial situations and advise them on suitable mortgage products.
Process loan applications and gather necessary documentation from clients.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products, market trends, and regulatory changes.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan process, addressing any questions or concerns.




Ensure all loan documentation is complete and accurate before submission to underwriting.
Collaborate with underwriting and processing teams to facilitate timely loan approvals.

Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of mortgage loans and LAP products.
