Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement merchandising strategies that align with company goals and enhance the customer shopping experience.
Collaborate with the buying team to forecast inventory needs and manage stock levels effectively.
Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions about product placement and promotions.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of merchandise and maintain optimal stock levels.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of merchandise and make recommendations for improvements.




Conduct regular store visits to assess merchandising standards and provide feedback to store management.
Train and support store staff on merchandising best practices and product knowledge.
